Refund policy

Templates are digital files that are delivered instantly and can't be returned, so all sales are final, except in the cases below. Each template page shows the full list of sections and fields, preview pages and the formats included, so you can see what you are buying first.

When you can get a refund

a file is damaged, won't open in current versions of Microsoft Word, Excel or a standard PDF reader, or is missing from your download;
the template is materially different from its description, its list of sections and fields, or its preview pages; or
you were charged more than once for the same template by mistake.

We will first try to fix the problem, or send a corrected file. If we can't, we refund the full price to your original payment method. Refunds are processed through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

When we don't refund

You changed your mind after downloading the files.
The template doesn't suit circumstances that its page didn't claim to cover.
The request comes more than 30 days after purchase.

How to ask

Use our contact form. Choose "A refund", give the email address you used at checkout and the template's name, and briefly describe the problem.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the consumer protection laws of your province, territory or state. It doesn't limit any right that can't be limited by agreement. If you contact your card issuer about a charge, please also tell us, because we can usually resolve it faster.
