Strata, Condo and HOA Templates

Running a strata corporation, condominium corporation or homeowners association means producing the same documents again and again, often by volunteers with no legal training. Meeting notices, agendas, resolutions, proxy forms and records each have to meet rules that change from one province or state to the next. These templates are built around the specific statute that applies to your building, so the required parts are already in place. You fill in the details instead of guessing what the law expects.

Each template is a Word document you can edit, usually with a PDF copy for printing. Shaded fields mark everything you need to complete, and short grey notes explain the rules behind each section; delete them before you send. Every template page lists the sections and fields inside, walks through filling it in step by step, shows a completed example, and notes the jurisdiction's rules. It also shows the date the template was last reviewed against the law.

Use the notices and resolutions here to prepare annual and special general meetings, record decisions properly, and give owners the information they are entitled to. Your registered bylaws can add to or change the default rules, so check them alongside the template.
